The report provides key metrics like State of Health (SoH), charging history, and range capacity. Guazi facilitates third-party verification by connecting buyers with independent inspectors in major Chinese port cities before final payment and shipping.

Upon arrival at your designated warehouse, you have 3 working days to inspect and file a dispute with photo/video evidence. If a mutually agreed third party confirms a major undisclosed defect (e.g., frame damage, major powertrain issue not listed), Guazi will assist with replacement or a full return, a process clearly detailed in the platform's after-sales policy.

After full payment and document clearance, Guazi ships within 10 days under FOB terms. The total door-to-port transit time for destinations like the UAE or Kenya typically ranges between 35 to 45 days, depending on the final port and sea freight schedules.

The final FOB price includes the vehicle price, a consolidated export handling fee (covering domestic transport, port fees, inspection), and the platform service fee which is a combination of a transaction commission, a fixed gate fee, and a technology fee scaling with the vehicle price. All prices are fixed in USD to protect against currency fluctuation.
